s an architect, every time I start a project, I want to make a building that delivers on the intricacies of a client’s brief – it is a machine designed for just the way they live, and it should also capture the essence of the site in the most meaningful way that the budget will allow. I want to know that the building I am making is the best possible response to those parameters and that it will delight and nurture its occupants for a significant part of their lives.

As a builder, I want to ensure that we are investing our time and energy into the most efficient system that can deliver on the promise of the design, and one that can easily scale and adapt to meet the demands and the diversity of future client briefs, site constraints, industry conditions, and societal shifts.
